"Fraud!!!! Fraud!!!! Fraud!!!! I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Kia Car Showroom – Lohia Kia, Sector 63, Noida, regarding repeated instances of misleading communication, unethical sales practices, and mental harassment. Below is a detailed account of my experience: 1. Initially, I was verbally quoted ₹13.50 lakh for the HTK(O) Manual – White colour, including accessories. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the booking and paid ₹25,000 as the booking amount. 2. When I requested a hard/soft copy of the quotation, the dealership provided a revised quotation excluding accessories, without any prior discussion or justification. 3. I escalated this issue to the General Manager of the showroom, but unfortunately, no assistance or resolution was provided. 4. Subsequently, I was informed that the white colour vehicle was unavailable and was offered a black colour vehicle, for which I was asked to pay an additional ₹15,000 as colour charges. As per Kia’s policy, there are no colour-based charges, yet I reluctantly agreed. 5. The final agreed deal was ₹13.55 lakh for HTK(O) Manual – Black colour, without accessories. 6. Today, when I visited the showroom to make the remaining payment, I was shockingly offered an old showroom display vehicle. I was further informed that accessories were already fitted in the vehicle and I was asked to pay an additional ₹11,000, which was never agreed upon. This entire experience reflects serious misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and unethical behavior. The conduct of the Sales Consultant, Team Leader, General Manager, and CX Manager has been highly unprofessional and misleading. Due to these repeated incidents, I have suffered significant mental harassment and inconvenience. I therefore request Kia India to: • Conduct a thorough investigation into the practices of Lohia Kia, Sector 63 Noida • Take strict and appropriate action against the concerned staff • Provide suitable compensation for the mental harassment caused I have attached all relevant documents and communication for your reference. "Worst Booking Experience – Kia Seltos HTK(O) I am extremely disappointed with my Kia Seltos HTK(O) booking experience. My booking date was 26.12.2025, and from that day onward, the entire process has been poorly handled, unprofessional, and stressful. At the time of booking, the sales team gave verbal commitments regarding pricing, variant availability, accessories, and delivery timeline. However, after the booking amount was paid, the attitude of the dealership staff completely changed. There has been no transparency, no proper written confirmation, and repeated changes in the information shared earlier. Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive clear answers regarding: Final on-road price breakup Accessories included or excluded Delivery schedule Refund policy if the deal was not finalized Every visit or call resulted in new terms and revised figures, which clearly indicates miscommunication or deliberate misguidance. This is not acceptable from a brand like Kia, which claims to offer premium customer experience. The sales executives lack coordination and product clarity. Commitments are made verbally but are not honored later. Even basic professionalism such as timely callbacks, proper documentation, and clear confirmation emails is missing. As a customer investing a significant amount of money, I expected honesty, clarity, and respect. Instead, I faced confusion, delays, and continuous follow-ups just to get basic information. This experience has caused a complete loss of trust in the dealership. I strongly feel that Kia needs to monitor its dealerships more strictly and ensure ethical sales practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking a Kia Seltos HTK(O) from this dealership unless the management improves transparency and customer handling. This review is shared to make other customers aware and to highlight the need for immediate improvement in customer service standards."

The booking was done on 26.12.2025, and since then, the entire process has been handled in a highly unprofessional and misleading manner. At the time of booking, Priya Bansal provided verbal commitments regarding the vehicle price, accessories, and overall deal. However, after the booking amount was paid, the situation completely changed. The price was revised multiple times after booking, without any valid justification or written explanation. Every discussion resulted in a new figure, which clearly shows lack of transparency and poor ethics. Despite repeated follow-ups, I never received: A clear and final on-road price in writing Confirmed details of included or excluded accessories A fixed delivery timeline A proper explanation for continuous price changes Changing the price again and again after booking is completely unacceptable and creates serious doubt about the dealership’s sales practices. This feels like a deliberate tactic to trap the customer first and then force revised terms later. Communication from the sales team has been extremely poor. Commitments made by Priya Bansal were later denied or altered. Calls and messages were either delayed or ignored, and there was no sense of responsibility toward the customer. This level of service is shocking for a brand like Kia. As a customer investing a large amount of money, I expected honesty, clarity, and professionalism. Instead, I experienced confusion, stress, and repeated follow-ups just to get basic information that should have been shared transparently from the beginning. I strongly advise potential customers to be very careful before booking a vehicle at Lohia Kia. Do not rely on verbal promises, especially regarding price. Ensure everything is clearly documented before making any payment. Kia India should urgently review the working standards of Lohia Kia, as such practices seriously damage the brand’s credibility. Based on my experience, I strongly discourage booking a Kia vehicle from this dealership until transparency and accountability improve significantly."

"⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience at Lohia Kia, Noida I recently had a very poor and unprofessional experience at Lohia Kia, Noida, while trying to purchase a Kia Seltos GT Line. On October 18, I visited the showroom and met Mr. Rakshit, the salesperson, who assisted me with a test drive and finalised the deal. The deal was closed by Mr. Ankit Daksh, which included a corporate discount — a term clearly discussed and agreed upon at the time of signing. I even paid an advance of ₹50,000 with the understanding that my car would be delivered by October 30, as I was scheduled to travel in November. To ensure smooth processing, I also agreed to get both insurance and finance arranged through Lohia Kia, and I personally followed up with the banks to fast-track my loan documentation and disbursement. However, on October 27 — just one day before my scheduled PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) — I was abruptly informed that the corporate discount would not be applicable because my company was registered in the South zone and not in the North. I was told that Mr. Rakshit had left the organisation and that he had not taken approval for the discount he had committed. This last-minute withdrawal of an agreed discount (a mere ₹15,000) — after 9 days of effort, loan processing, and full coordination — reflects complete mismanagement, lack of internal communication, and utter disregard for customer trust. Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my booking at the final stage. It’s shocking that such a reputed brand allows such negligence and unprofessionalism at their dealership level. Names Involved: Mr. Rakshit (Sales Executive – committed discount, later left) Mr. Ankit Daksh (Closed the deal) I sincerely hope Kia Motors India takes note of this kind of customer experience at their dealership. A customer should never be penalised for the dealership’s internal lapses."

"Pathetic customer service. I walked in and there was no one to attend us. After waiting, a guy named Ankit finally showed up — and his attitude was unbelievable. Arrogant, uninterested, talking like he’s doing some big favor to customers. Barely explained anything, kept rushing, zero respect. Then another person, Chauhan, joined and behaved exactly the same — rude, careless, and absolutely clueless about customer handling. Seriously — what’s with this ego? You’re not selling Rolls-Royce or Ferrari. It’s Kia man Hyundai Subsidiary and this Ankit and Chauhan they are doing Sales job thats it . If staff can’t even talk properly, why would anyone trust them at all? Total disappointment. Big NO to this showroom and to Kia because of this experience. I would strongly suggest avoiding this place."
